Looking for obsolete components |
|
|
Hi,
I am trying to locate some obsolete components.
After the usual google searches and numerous emails to vendors, I am hoping
someone here will have what I need.
I need 2 ea MPSH17's, 1 ea 2n4417, 1 ea MC145152 and 1 ea MC12017.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a PLL FM transmitter. The appropriate newsgroup for this is
the darling of many amateur broadcasters, alt.radio.pirate.
Are you sure that's a 2N4417? The 2N4427 is a common part for RF xmtrs.
The MPSH17 or a substitute might be available on Ebay - it's just a RF
transistor. I found several hits for the PLL chip, so just order it
online. |
