I did not research the model # it is pointless unless it is particular toa model #. A bad capacitor in the power supply could do that it leaks gets ho leaks more it is detected as bad power supply and shut down and the cycle repeats again. this is not going to get better but worst it cannot heal itself. what you might try BE CAREFULL remove the wall plug and see if you can find a bulgy capacitor usualy the big tubular items. see if you can find one that is hotter then the other then replace it. use plastic surgical gloves because if you are not trained where you put your hands it couls shock you even if disconnected escecialy a TV tube even after months. I would not personaly go though this procedures i would throw it away if it is a CRT TO EACH ITS OWN. TAKE CARE.
Seldom the VCO shift out of lock and causes this problem but SELDOM. |
