Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I am taking an on-line electronics course and am working problems on resonant frequency. Would anyone have a step by step method of working the resonant frequency formula using a calculator ?

If you have to ask questions like this I think it is time to reselc=ect a different program.
resonant freq of a seies tuned circuit f=1/2piesquare root 0f L*C
L=inductance in henries
c=capacitance in farads
then there is RLC circuit and parallel.
I am not going deeper then this too many too long to expalin.
try buying a book like a reference book REFERENCE DATA FOR RADIO ENGINEERS Printed in the USA by american book straford press inc. new york new york. this book will just about give you all the formula that you could possibly ever use. it was made for international telephone and telegraph corp.good luck[/code]
