hi guys,

I need some help repairing a welding machine I purchased. It is a Plasma cutter, stick welder and tig welder all in one.. The stick weld function works but the Plasma cutter and tig functions do not work. The high frequency arc does not start for the tig or Plasma functions.

I have no electrical background so any help fixing this thing would be great... If need be I can get photos of all the boards in the machine for you guys to look at...

This machine was originally damaged in shipping and I changed 2 capacitors that were knocked off the power board...

I have no clue as far as electronics go so bare with me while helping me lol !

Thanks
Darryl

Thirst to do is find a schematic or road map if you like then many people here can help you. A picture helps but a schematic is essential. Try to get that.

I dont think I can get a schematic for this machine. I will try my best.
If I knew what parts made the high frequency arc I would have an idea of where to start.... I know the bottem board on the machine is the power board the power comes in and is distributed through that board.
