I am in urgent need of schematics for 1000VA converter ( 12 V DC -> 220 V AC
50 Hz )

Any suggestion, link, advise will be helpful

Just buy one. They're a COTS (commodity off the shelf) item, cheaper to
buy and throw away than build or repair.

converter you're talking about.
