if you know some electronics it may help. got to find the sound module or amp so you really need a road map. probing in there may cause more damage if you don't know where to put your fingers. i sugest profesional help. unfortunatelly that sucker is very heavy meaning in house repair very expensive.

depending, you can get some parts from a mci catalog. and like he said, find the amp for the sound. Most likely you had a power surge and burnt a resistor or transistor. also make sure you didnt blow up your speaker

your amp is blown from the way it sounds. probally from a power surge. im surprised those arent protected from surges.

also check to see if there is any voltage going to the speaker. the voltage should be below 1 volt. if its higher than that then the cone of the speaker will be damaged and your amp is most likely blown

lets resolve the speakers first disconnect the speakers and test them by reconnect to any ac source like a radio if ok then proceed to find your other problems.

look on the back of your TV and look for a CHASSIS NUMBER. Post that back here and I may be able to help you.
