Hi everyone im kinda new at this forums but i am doing a research report and i would like to interview some people. My project is over gas powered vehicles -vs- electric powered. If anyone would like to do a personal interview then email me at blizbiggy@yahoo.com
Anyways, if not then just take it now ( i got just a few general questions then a few specific):
1) What kind of electric powered motor would be used, dc, to produce the power to have a good working vehicle?
2) Would you perfer an electric powered vehicle or a gas powered vehicle ( think about costs of energy and how efficient each is )
3) What advantages/disadvantages do dc motors have over gas power motors? (torque, effeciency, energy costs, etc)
4) What advantages/disadvantages do elecric motors have over gas motors? (torque, effeciency, energy costs, etc)
5) What advice would you give on how to create an electric powered go-cart to compare against a gas powered go-cart?
6) If you had a chance to buy a elecric powered vehicle, would you buy it? (related to question 2)
