Hello i am repairing a wheelchair which uses many cmos chips but do not have the manual, my question is if there is any way to check cmos chips easily, i have an oscilloscope and logic probes. For example a CD4069, MC14081, LM324 OPAMP.

is your concerne on board or off board components. well either way sure there is first you the map of what the chip is then understand what it does. if that doesn't help then i cannot help you.take care
