I have no idea in design such kind of program.

The program require is need 2 7-segment count the number from 00 to FF.

Am i need use SWAP A , or ANL instruction ?

i have no idea of what you are writeing 00 to FF 0 is 0 F is 16 counts and you are saying 7 segment which is 8 counts. look up BCD counters AND 7448 chips that might help. maxim 69xx family might help you
