I'm looking for an obsolete pnp power transistor used for switching. It's a BD370B national semiconductor, but since it's obsolete, I can't find anyone who will sell me less than 100 total or with less than a $50 minimum order. Is there a good place to find obsolete/hard to find for a normal repair guy without buying the warehouse? Anyone have a good idea for a cross??
