Can someone read off the specs for the 2SK2279 from the following file.

http://www.bdent.com/specifications/shindengen/powermosfets.pdf

I cannot make heads or tails of it. Can't even work out if it is a NPN
or PNP transistor.

DOH! After a bit more reading it is a NPN FET with 60V 2A rating. Now
just to find something equilvalent...

Ahhh, DUHH, It tells ya what it is on the third line in. Why would you think
its a transistor ?
Not many spec sheets give equivalents IMHO.
