This printer will not print black. The black character will be appeared as blank line. Other then black was nicely printed. Clean the printer head with tissue paper after was soaked into warm water for few second. Soaked the black in container as well. Fixed it and redo printing and the result remain unchange. Please help.

Did it ever cross your mind that there maybe no more ink left in the capsule? To clean a head i will ever imerse into HOT anything. Try this shake the carhtridge on your palm downward. And another thing that you may try is fold paper and slide it under the head use a mild solution of ammonia when you do that. Are reinking your own carthridges. If you do make sure you buy the right ink for your printer. VERY INPORTANT.
