Generally seaking, UF LEDs are long wave UV, just a bit shorter than
blue wavelengths. Its the short wavelength UV that's more powerful and
damaging.
UV is nothing to trifle with. When I was a kid, a friend and I messed
around with a homemade welder and we both got sunburned, and I got 'hot
sand in the eyes' which was very painful. |
