Anyone know of a good place to get SCR's? I'm looking for a very low current SCR (something less than 5mA holding current), 200uA or less on the gate trigger current, and a PRV of about 20 volts. On/Off time is not that important since this circuit will be manually turned off and on.

Thanks,
David

I've never heard of them before. Are they a local company? I'll look at their website as so as I finish this post.

Once again Thanks,
David
