I have a dish 301-13 ird in which I replaced the mosfet ,several caps, and several resistors on the high side of the power supply. One of the resistors had charred the pcb.
I now get almost no dcv on the board. I pulled the 4-pin bridge rectifier off the board to test it, and it checks out fine with a vom on diode test front-to-back, etc. I applied 125vac to it while lifted from the board, and read 115 vdc from the output pin. Back on the board, it reads 0.02vdc .
All test points for the low side voltages of course are zero as well.

I do have a schematic, and can follow to some degree, but need direction as to where to look next. It seems to me to be a either a short or open some where, but checking for continuity to ground, I can find nothing apparently bad. Have checked all diodes and resistors.

Help is appreciated.

is not the front end at fault i would check and replace the output caps first. if is the front end most likely is the soft start circuitry. some ps have wire jumper that enable disable both section. since you have a sche. where is the charred resistor located on the map.?
