Genric 4 port pci dvr card and PICO 2000 ? |
|
|
I bought one of these at at an auction site. I can't get the included
PICO 2000 software to recognize the pasword included in the
documenation ( NULL) to match the default user name (SUPER) . I ahve
looked around on the web and have seen post suggesting other password
names (NIL, PICO ) which don't work either . What other easy to install
good performing software (free or a reasonably low price )is out there
which will work with this card ? -thanks

Sorry this is not helping on the current strand, but can anyone help? After installing the DVR card and loading PICO 2000 onto my PC, I keep getting the following error messages when I try to start the programme:
"Error: The security key is not found. If the problem persisted, please contact your dealer".
When I click OK I get the message:
"Error: Can not start DSR application".
My operating system is Windows XP-Home Version 5.1 Service Pack 2.
I have disabled my anti-virus and firewall during installation. |

When installing the software does it ask which card you are using? If so,
change the option to another model, usually the four card and see if that
helps.
