Hi, I got this flexible LED strip on Ebay, here's the link if u want to see the picture http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-X-40cm-15-Ambulatory-Blue-LED-Strip-Light-Flexible_W0QQitemZ8047102555QQcategoryZ33713QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting

so I want to cut it up into sections of 3 lights, and see that it can be cut there, but need help on how to reconnect the pieces with other wire/connectors since i want to spread them out. Also, it says it's 12v, can i use a 9v battery instead? It lights up when i hook it to a 9v but is there anything harmful with that? I can send a photo of mine to anyone that can help!

Thank you!
