Has anyone a unit of this model for sale?
I mainly look for a bulb which has a few hundred hrs left, but i will take a
complete unit if priced right.

Greetings Bart..

It's amazing how folks don't consider the price of these bulbs until
*AFTER* the fact. The professors at the university I attended mentioned
that they could/would lose their paycheck (or worse) IF they
inadvertently left the overhead video projector on after a programming
class. Thus, prematurely burning out a VERY expensive bulb (worth
hundreds and hundreds of dollars). They tended to make damn sure that
the projector was off immediately after lecturing.

Therefore, a word to the wise for folks considering projection video or
TV sets, inquire about how expensive a new bulb will cost WHEN(it's just
a mater of time) they need to be replaced.

Cheers,
G.
