Needed datasheets on old sram chips |
|
|
I pulled a bunch of sram chips from some 486 motherboards I would like
to use for some projects. The chips are UM61256bk-20's and
UM6164bk-20's. I've done some major googling around but with no
success. I did find some info on the UM62256, but I don't know if
they're the same. Anyone know if these match any other ic's I could
find info on?
Thanks 8-)

Try www.datasheetarchive.com and search just on 61256 and 6164. They
show several UT61256- and UT6164-family SRAMS. Probably a different
manufacturer so the specs may differ in the details but the pinouts and
basic operation should be JEDEC standard.

Thanks. I actually had tried that site but I must have been getting a |
bit punchy from all the google searching. I didn't see when you select
the pdf the download you have to scroll down for. Nice site. I'm
finding info there I can't seem to find anywhere else.

Look at other ram manufacturers.
Those are skinny pack SRAM, 64 Kbits,and 256 K-bits, 20ms.
They are used for the cache ram. |
