It's a transistor, and can also be found at:

FREESCALE SEMICONDUCTOR INC
6501 WILLIAM CANNON DR W
AUSTIN, TX 78735-8523
Tel: (512) 895-7967 Fax: (512) 895-1629

Their part number: SPS6837

It also has a military stock number of: 5961-01-057-6119

In April last year, the government bought some from:
