Hi Guy's

I have a super capacitor that will drive a small motor, but the motor is 12v and the super cap is rated at 2.2v, now I'm not to good with electronics so can I add a resistor to it, so I don't blow it up, if so what size resistor do I need? or do have you any other idea's on how to go about useing a 12v battery to charge the cap up?

Thanks Guy's

I am afraid to run that dc motor you will need a few more of those cap like about 6 to 7 in series. to charge each it you will need a current source coming from a 5 v dc and the charge will be ma per hour as rated by the cap.or all in series with 15 v dc at I rated.
