I have a Zenith PV4671H. One day my TV started "fying". Then the next day we watched tv fine. Then day after that......we tried to turn it on and it never came on since.
SORRY if there is not much detail...........the TV have been off soo long I have forgot exactly what happened. But it did it on its on.
How do you reset it? I can't find a serive manual anywhere......and I wont pay for one. 
Also does it need news tubes?( I beleive that because when I plug it in, I hear the tv like buzzing or high pitch hissing.....w/e you want to call it)

Also my old Magnovox CR4521 P101 started frizzing and picture was all scrambled then a couple days it started going off then coming back on.
What is the cause of this................now it is completey dead
