I am use LM2907 to make a f/v circuit
but when the duty cycle of input signal is 50%
the output voltage is ok

but when duty cycle of input signal is 20%
the output voltage is different to duty cycle in 50%

IS the input signal's duty will affect the output voltage?

thanks

asume that 50% is x value for 50% then any decrease in duty cycle or decrease will result in more or less from your ref. point because there is power distrubution as %.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
but the LM2907 should be "one shot" ic
so the duty of input signal shouldn't affect the output voltage
but in effect the input duty will affect the output voltage
this is my question
thanks

ok here is the deal if the oneshot latched then the output will time out normaly for the time set however if it is set up as re-trigable then it will try to restart its cycle responding to inputs.therefore different timing. now you nust decide which type you want and need.
