Can anyone explain in detail how level shifter work at input stage?see example of 741 op amp. Thank You Very Happy

Usualy an OP-AMP is referenced to common but it does not have to be. you may add or subtract a DC level to shift the output correspondingly the A will determine the shift on the output.
