ive watch the movie enough by jennyfer lopez... i saw a scene there where she did switch on a device that made her cellphone not receive any signal.. how can i able to build one??!! PLEASE TELL ME...... tnx

the proper capacitor across will kill it,

there is an antenna somewhere to recieve this signal from whatever a cap across the antenna will kill the signal for sure . what size i have no idea of the signal frequency. but a 100pfd should do it.
