having problem with horizontal lines in picture, throughout picture have heard this problem could be caps in power supply any ideas

It may well be power supplies are allway hot and those caps get hot and cold with on-off sucking in air with comtaminants then they leak,Is that you problem i don't know but it could be a misaligment on you horizontal deflection but being white i bet on a power supply.
