Hi
I have a device out of a gould DSO that is faulty. Its a WD514, TO5 7 pin device. I think it might be a dual fet but im not 100% sure.
Any info would be good as i might be able to substitute for something else
Also i need a custom chip thats failed..
Any ideas?

There are plenty of chip search engines try global electronics and search. to tell you the truth with billions of parts around your chances to find somebody that knows that module is billions to one. you nust search it,
