Hi
I have a device out of a gould DSO that is faulty. Its a WD514, TO5 7 pin device. I think it might be a dual fet but im not 100% sure.
Any info would be good as i might be able to substitute for something else
Also i need a custom chip thats failed..
Any ideas?

Try datasheet locator,com if is not there then it doen't exist. Most of the parts sometimes are manufacture part numbers and the nunber will tell you nothing.
