I have done a circuit on mosquito repeller, but have no idea how to demo it to show that it is workable. since it generates >20kHz frequency, our human ears will not be able to hear the ultrasonic sound.

any advice?

you got mosquitos want to get rid of them for sure put a small fan pushing air across a container of garlic no more mosquitos. i go to the tropics every year i know what i am doing. mosquito can smell your sweath a mile away and so garlic. trust me it works. and why 20khz why not 37khz. put a diode in series with the output to a small cap to ground and measure the voltage with a voltmeter if it works it will show a potential.
