im trying to find someone who makes a strip style connector, for use on a door. ive seen them befor, but cant find them anywhere now. what im looking for is a connector that has a plate that mounts on one side of a door and a spring loaded cylinder mounted on the jam area of a door. that way when the door is open there are no wires visible. essentially i am going to use this to power a light under the hood of a show car, but i dont want any visible wires running up the hinges or anything. also, some minivans nowadays have these are thier sliding doors. any help guys? thanks.
