Hi, On starting the shower (turning the switch to max heat) Water come
out but no heat. I've taken the cover off and tested power throughout
there is no power across the thermal cut out (main), i'm just wonderin
if there should be to make the elements work???

This is the second time this has happened, the first time the hea
started working again (what makes me think its something erratic like
thermal cut out) its just happened again this morning.
Any ideas would be great.

i don't know why are messing with the switch on or off shut off the water and the cut off will work turn on the water and it should work again. the switch is there but not to make it work. i have something similar in the philippines [no hot water] all i do turn water on-off for years. and thermal switches are very slow to react like temp. is very slow. take care
