It's not 'shemas', it's 'schematics'.

sci.electronics.basics

for your questions, and,

alt.binaries.schematics.electronic

Yes.

It's often convenient to post text as well as a schematic to keep
the whole thread on one newsgroup, and it's often convenient to
post just text there in order to keep the discussion away from
Google groups. ;)
