I'm looking for a data sheet for 16K*4 static ram chip - part #
M5M5189P.
Anybody know where I may locate it?
Google searches I have tried turn up parts vendors, but no info.

Yes, I realize that.
I need the datasheet, or at least pinout diagram.
I need to know if it conforms to other standard pin outs for 16K*4
static RAMs
