I am looking for replacement chips for obsoleting L298 and UDN2543.
L298 is 4 A dual full-bridge driver - I use only one bridge.
UDN2543 is 700mA-1A protected quad sink driver (lower side).

Would you recommend any similar chips ?
Do not need to be pin-to-pin compatible, I am redoing the PCB anyway.
