hi,

We are looking for low ESR, high discharge, high capacitance, high voltage
capacitors. specifically the capacitors will be used to create a test rig
that will pass electrical discharges through various non-conductive
materials (wood etc.)

Which manufacturer / brand would have capacitors to suit such an
application?
