Hello All

It may not be the correct place to post my question, but I did not find
any other forum.

Am trying to measure low level circuit resistance (4-wire measurement)
and trying to use Keithley 7001 mux, 7015 solid state mux cards,
Keithley 220 current source and Agilent micro voltmeter.

My problem:
When the current source is set to supply x mA current, the v-limit
light starts blinking. [I guess it means at the voltage that I have
set, the Keithley 220 cannot push out that required current]. I am
using 1mA at 1 to 5 V.

I am 100% sure that the problem shows up when I connect the current
supply to the 7015 solid state mux cards. Because while debugging, I
connected the current source and voltmeter directly to the device under
test (DUT), the measurements were fine. The moment I get Keithley mux
into the circuit, the V-Limit light starts blinking.

If anybody has any experience with this equipment, I would like to get
some help.

Thanks,
Mahesh Hardikar.
