Flash memory 128kx16 in PLCC case?

Flash memory 128kx16 in PLCC case?

I am looking for a flash memory similar to AT29C1024 by Atmel
but I need 128kx16 (2Mb chip). It looks like Atmel does not
make larger chips in this package & 16 bit wide organization.

Do you know some other manufacturer who has 128kX16 available in
PLCC or any other package with can be easily put into a socket ?
I do not want to solder the code chip, and PLCC is "socketable" :-)
